Question 1

How does Bizzly handle recurring payments for regular cleaning clients?

Accepted Answer

Bizzly connects directly to Stripe so clients pay a monthly subscription when they sign up. Their card is charged automatically each month. No invoices to send, no bank transfers to chase, and no missed payments.

Question 2

Can clients book and manage their own clean online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Bizzly cleaning site includes a self-service booking portal where clients choose their slot, pay, and manage their schedule. You stop handling booking requests by phone or WhatsApp.

Question 3

What happens if a client misses a payment?

Accepted Answer

Stripe retries the card automatically and notifies the client. If the payment fails, their booking access is suspended until they update their payment method, so you are never left doing a clean without payment.

Question 4

Can I offer both monthly subscriptions and one-off cleans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can run monthly cleaning plans alongside one-off bookings. Each service type has its own pricing, availability, and payment flow and clients see the options and choose at checkout.

Question 5

Does Bizzly replace my current website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Bizzly account includes a fully built, mobile-optimised website with your branding, service pages, and an integrated booking and payment flow. No developer required.

Question 6

How much time does Bizzly save a cleaning business each week?

Accepted Answer

Most cleaning businesses report saving 5–8 hours a week by eliminating manual invoicing, payment chasing, and booking coordination. Stripe billing runs automatically; clients book themselves.

Question 7

Can I manage multiple cleaners and service areas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bizzly supports multi-staff scheduling, separate availability per team member, and service area pages for local SEO. Each cleaner can have their own calendar visible to clients.
